Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a refund.

To start a return, email mail@madraandco.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Please empty the hair bin before you post it.

Return postage

You pay the postage to send it back, unless the roller arrived faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged

If your roller arrives faulty or damaged, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including postage. This doesn't affect your rights under Irish and EU consumer law.

Refunds

Once we have the roller back, we refund the price and the original delivery charge to the card you paid with, within 14 days.
